where were you born? Lakeland, Florida
when were you born? August 3, 1982
what about your family? I have two ridiculously amazing parents, Keith and Deb. They are two of the most loving, giving, supportive people I know and have played a major role in shaping me into the person I am. They’re also really funny and super cute together. No brothers or sisters, but I do have the cutest puppy ever, Bella.
what are some artists/bands you currently like? I go through phases. Right now I’d say Coldplay, Jack Johnson, Guster, Damien Rice, Michael Jackson (quality dance party music right there)
what television show can't you miss? I secretly love The Hills. And I’ve recently gotten back into Grey’s Anatomy.
if you could only eat one thing from now until Jesus comes back, what would that be? Sushi. 100%.
what are your favorite movies? This is my least favorite question ever because I just can’t seem to narrow it down.
what are you scared of? Pirates, trains, and birds
do you have any pet peeves? When people from the back of the airplane crowd the aisles and push ahead of everyone in front of them when it’s time to get off. This just happened to me yesterday and I decided it is my new pet peeve.
if you could spend a day with anyone in history? My grandfather. He died when I was young, but some of my favorite memories include him.
3 places you've been: Italy, Guatemala, Hawaii…I think those might be my favorites to date.
what books have influenced you the most? The Divine Romance, Velvet Elvis, Dangerous Wonder, Redeeming Love, The Kite Runner, A Thousand Splendid Sons (I don’t know if the last two so much influenced me as opened my eyes)
what is the one scripture passage that is closest to your heart? I will always and forever love Isaiah 61: 1-3. Psalm 143:8 is my newest love: “If you wake me each morning with the sound of your loving voice, I'll go to sleep each night trusting in you. Point out the road I must travel; I'm all ears, all eyes before you.”
who has had the most influence on your life? My parents are a give-in, but also my friends. I honestly have the best friends a girl could ask for who speak truth, love, and encouragement into me daily.
what is one thing nobody knows about you? I still watch cartoons on Saturday morning
what is one thing you hope to do in the near future? Broaden my traveling horizons.
