Senior High Leaders

When it come to volunteers, we have a saying around here: If you love Jesus and you are passionate about students, COME ON! We would love to get you plugged in where ever you are most comfortable and most gifted. We don't believe that you have to have the right letters behind your name to do ministry, and we certainly don't recruit 'perfect people.' We want the kingdom of God to be represented in the high school demographic. there's different roles and different settings but Jesus is always at the center. We hope that you would prayerfully consider being a part of student ministry here at rebelbase; if you are interested in hanging around high school kids and being the hands and feet of Jesus with them - send an email to or with SENIOR HIGH VOLUNTEER in the subject line.

We are excited that you are thinking about serving in Jr High Ministry! Here is some helpful information that will point you in the right direction…

Volunteer opportunities: Small Group Leader, Rec Event Volunteer, Sunday Morning Greeter, Missions Volunteer and more! Let us know if you want more info on any of these opportunities!

Small Groups: We help students grow in their faith through smal group Bible studies - through the study of God's Word, intentional relationships and age appropriate accountability. Small group leaders facilitate spiritual growth and create an environment that promotes unity, depth and honesty.

Leader Training: We equip our leaders throughout the year at Rebelbase! Through summer sessions and monthly leader summits, our leaders gather together to learn more about what it means to point students towards Christ. We fellowship, pray, laugh, EAT and learn together! Leader training prepares you with the curriculum we're using and gets you ready to face topics that may come up each week with students. Although its hard to cover absolutely EVERYTHING you'll face as a leader, we try to prepare you as much as possible.

Important Dates for Leaders:
Wednesday, June 8th at 6pm - Summer Training Session 1
Saturday, July 9th at 9am - Summer Training Session 2
Sunday, September 11th at 5:30pm - Fall Bible Study Kickoff

Steps to become a Jr High Leader: If you feel God is calling you to serve in Jr High there are 3 steps to becoming a leader.
1. Come and check out Jr High Ministry - Sunday mornings at 9:30am or 11am for worship, or Sunday evenings at 5:30pm for Bible Study!
2. Complete our Leader Application
3. Bring your application to the Student Ministry office (or e-mail it to us) and then set up a time to meet with us.
